I am Ken Fairchild, a Texas professional real estate inspector as well as a registered professional engineer living in Allen, TX. I have combined my knowledge and experience together with my analytical and reporting skills to provide my clients with an unparalleled home inspection service in the real estate industry.
I have worked in home construction, as an electrician's assistant and I designed and built two of my own homes. After becoming an engineer, I designed and supervised the construction of over 100 oil industry related facilities during my 35-year career. All through this time I cultivated a keen eye for detail regarding safety, function and maintenance -- skills that dove-tail directly into my home inspection services.
It is my goal to provide my client with a complete and unbiased inspection followed by both verbal and written reports that explain what systems/components are of concern with respect to function, safety and the Texas Standards of Practice. This is a business that grows through word-of-mouth, and the client's satisfaction is the driving factor to my success.
