This report comes from a New Build house inspected in 2024. All information identifying the location and owner have been omitted.
This is a ZipLevel 2000 survey performed on a new construction home in 2024.
The home was structurally sound and the survey of the foundation surface uncovered a maximum drop of only 0.7" across the entire foundation (well within expected construction tolerances). The homeowner now has a baseline with which to compare new measurements with in the future should movement be suspected. The performance opinion of the foundation inspection is stated in the TREC Form REI 7-6 along with supporting observations. Because the garage slab is a separate pour, it is not included in final rendering.
This document is a supplement to TREC Form REI 7-6 .
Please be sure to read this agreement prior to the inspection. The agreement defines the expectations and limitations of the inspection. If both parties cannot execute it prior to the inspection, then it must be signed the day of the inspection and prior to receiving any information from the inspection.
