Example Inspection Report

This is a survey performed on a new construction home in 2024 (see example report, above). 

The home was structurally sound and the survey of the foundation surface uncovered a maximum drop of only 0.7" across the entire foundation (well within expected construction tolerances). The homeowner now has a baseline with which to compare new measurements with in the future. 

Please be sure to read this agreement prior to the inspection. The agreement defines the expectations and limitations of the inspection. If both parties cannot execute it prior to the inspection, then it must be signed the day of the inspection and prior to receiving any information from the inspection.
